BOOKING TERMS AND REFUND POLICY

PRIVATE TOUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Online Payment with a Credit Card or PayPal

  • The following Credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB and Discover

  • Payments are accepted in up to 3 installments

  • Manual payment in installments via the Bank transfer

TOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

  •  Full refund of the canceled tour up to 30 days before the booked tour date (transaction fees might be applied)

  • During the promotional campaigns, this refund period might be different, according to campaign details

  • Below 30 days before the booked tour date - no refund

ONLINE BOOKING ACCEPTANCE POLICY

  • An online booking will only be considered accepted if it has been confirmed by the Service Provider​ in advance.

  • Service Provider has a right to reject any booking if not comply with the booking terms as stated herein.

  • Bookings close 24 hours before the session starts.

  • Bookings are only valid for the pickup and drop off stated specifically in the tour program.

  • By definition, if not stated differently, tour price excludes entrance fees, meal tips, and personal expenses.

INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED

  • If not stated otherwise, the tour price includes:

    • hotel pick-up and drop-off​

    • professional guiding

    • transport in a private car

  • If not stated otherwise, the tour price excludes:

    • Any entrance fees​

    • Souvenirs

    • Personal expenses

    • Air tickets and/or visas
